Understanding Grief & Your Nervous System: We'll explore how grief impacts your nervous system, leading to sensations of overwhelm, anxiety, or numbness. This understanding is key to unlocking a gentler path forward.

Gentle Embodiment for Release: Through guided, somatic practices, you'll learn to gently allow sensations of loss, sadness, fear, loneliness, and lack to be present in your body and safely move through. This isn't about pushing through, but about creating capacity for release.

Savoring the Beauty of Grief: Discover how to honor your grief in a way that can lead to profound moments of peace and even ecstatic release. We'll explore how fully feeling a sensation, with nervous system support, can transform it into a state of grounded stillness.

Music & Movement as Nervous System Medicine: Inspired by our beloved "BodyBliss Gatherings," we'll use carefully selected music and intuitive movement as powerful tools to support your nervous system's capacity to process and integrate emotions. This is a welcome space to move through what's present for you.

Cultivating Oxytocin & Regulation: Learn intentional practices to cultivate feelings of pleasure and drench yourself in loving oxytocin. This natural "feel-good" hormone is crucial for down-regulating your nervous system and fostering a sense of safety even amidst grief.

Creating a Safe & Welcoming Container: Gather in an intimate, supportive space where you can share and witness each other's experiences, realizing you're not alone in your journey. This community aspect is vital for co-regulation and feeling deeply held and seen.

Practices for Peace: We'll explore how to fully feel your sensations, letting the sweet sadness sink all the way in till it feels ecstatic, and then gently slowing to stillness, inviting the peace of a sensation fully felt and regulated.

We’ll meet on Zoom, four Fridays in a row. Each session, I'll present a lesson/demo for about 25 minutes. Then we will have about 50 minutes for Q&A plus a guided practice.

REQUIREMENTS
You must be a current member of Primal Trust Academy. Please make sure you have gone through the Brain Retraining module of Primal Trust (Level 1, Module 4). I also ask that you have a basic self-regulation practice, so that you feel regulated enough to be in a small group. We agree as a group to refrain from symptom discussion and intense story-telling. I ask that your camera stay on during sessions, even if you are not on screen. Thank you. :-)

By filling out the form below, you'll be added to my waitlist. As soon as I have enough interest, you'll receive an email with the registration link (around July 4). If you are on the waitlist, check your email the week of July 4 for the actual registration link!
REFUND POLICY: Registrations are non-refundable.
Before you register, please take a few moments to check in with your body and your heart. Ask yourself if this Series is a strong YES for you right now. Take some time to review the description. Each session will be a nourishing real-time experience.
Make sure the dates/times work well for you. Sessions will not be recorded. If you find you need to miss a session, please know it will be ok, and you will still receive a lot from this series.
My goal is to provide you with the deepest levels of presence and care. When you join this Small Group Series, I ask that you meet me and the group with a strong level of commitment, even if you also have some resistance.
I do not offer cancellations, transfers or refunds. It would be impossible to keep multiple waitlists and switch people around. Please honor this boundary of mine. 🌺🙏🏼🌺
