75-minute Gentle Somatic Dance

Gentle Somatic Dance: simple movements & music for connecting with your body.
This longer class will allow us to slowly and gently explore deeper layers of Gentle Somatic Movement:
~ a short guided movement practice to help tension soften
~ discussion: the three most essential elements of Gentle Somatic Dance
~ a second guided movement practice, allowing your body to sink deeply into these essential experiences
~ 10-15 minutes for Q&A

In the Ladies Lounge
Ladies Lounge is a Primal Trust connection group facilitated by Lisa Dominy, a Primal Trust mentor. The group meets twice each week, to connect and explore relevant topics. It’s a super warm and welcoming space, and I highly recommend you check it out!

If you're not already a member of Ladies Lounge…
Find the COMMUNITY tab on the main PT platform menu.
In the Community dropdown tab, click on STUDY GROUPS.
Scroll down to the yellow part (Section 2: Connection Groups).
Click on "Join the Ladies Lounge Here" and enter your name and the email you use for the PT Simplero app.
After you enter this info, you’ll officially be a member of the Ladies Lounge! You’ll find the Ladies Lounge now listed under YOUR GROUPS In the main menu. Just click there to see the group forum and find the link for calls.

I’m so pleased to be offering these 5-week series, each with a specific focus. The groups are limited to 8 Primal Trust members each, so it’s a sweet space where everyone gets some attention. We’ve been having fun and making lots of progress!
