Join me for small group sessions!

Small group mentoring was the most helpful support for me on my journey. I loved:

  • being in an intimate, well-guided space

  • connecting with others in a way that felt safe and easy

  • learning from my mentors as well as from other people’s challenges and successes

I’m so pleased to be offering these 5-week series, each with a specific focus. The groups are limited to 8 Primal Trust members each, so it’s a sweet space where everyone gets some attention. We’ve been having fun and making lots of progress!
